“Gulzar...Baat Pashmine
Ki”, is based on the life and works
of
the renowned Poet, Lyricist, Writer, and
Director Gulzarji.
The show is an audiovisual
experience with excerpts from his various
films, like Aandhi, Ijaazat, Kinara, Mausam,
Angoor to name a few. The show also includes
poetry and prose excerpts from his works like ‘Pukhraj’ and ‘Raavi
paar’.
Gulzarji had personally attended
the show on 18th July 2005.
He appreciated it in these words…
He graced the shows many times later including one at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, London. Recently, on 25th September 2009, in Ranga Sharada, Bandra, he said
The show has been written
by Pravin Joshi and conceptualized
/ directed by Milind Oak.
Mega screen Video projections
amalgamate the show into a rich cultural experience.

This show has received an overwhelming
response wherever performed. We have performed
more than 75 shows till date at various
locations like Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur,
Jalgaon, Nagpur, Indore and Delhi & UK.
We have performed at prestigious
theatres like Nehru Center and
NCPA, Mumbai & Bharatiya
Vidya Bhavan, UK.
The show is scheduled to tour USA and Canada in April-May 2011.
