Sesquicentenary Celebrations of College of Engineering Pune

In 2004 COEP celebrated the 150 years of it's glorious existence. The celebrations were marked by a visit by the honorable President of India APJ Abdul Kalam and the release of a postage stamp alongwith talks by eminent alumni.

The celebrations included a 4 hour cultural show which included 45 artists from the alumini spanning 25 years.
It was a thematic repesentation of the good old days back at COEP.

It included drama, music, art, choreography,
classical dance and interviews of prominent alumini.

The show was wildly cheered by 1500 strong alumini who revisited the past and
the event was a huge success.

This event was Conceived and Directed by Milind Oak.
